Ultra-high Sensitivity Material Level Switch
The DET-7000 series ultra-high sensitivity detector and the intelligent transmitter TRA-9861 are used for real-time monitoring of low intensity γ rays of Na22 passing through pipes and media. Once the material level in the container is higher or lower than the control height, the system will quickly detect the weak change in radiation intensity, and output the material level alarm signal. The system can also output 4-20mA standard signal to achieve small range of material level measurement.

Measurement Principle
DPRO-66 uses the physical principle {exponential decay law} when gamma rays pass through a substance: when the container size is fixed, the height of the material in the container is the only factor that affects the measurement results after determining the radioactive source.
DPRO-66 is composed of shielded radioactive source, scintillation detector and intelligent transmitter. The radioactive source is installed on one side of the container and the detector is installed on the opposite side. Gamma rays pass through the container and process medium and are picked up by the detector. When the height of the process medium changes, the signal intensity received by the detector changes accordingly. When the material level rises, the detector signal intensity weakens. On the contrary, the signal strength increases. The intelligent transmitter converts the electrical signal transmitted from the detector into the corresponding material level value.
